5. 5. Boot into OS and in full function without issue

How does it work: 

1. 1. Open a ticket and describe your computer specification (Brand,Model#,SN#,Product# or other reference #)

3. 3. Received confirmation from technician
4. 4. Deliver or drop off your computer
5. 5. Receive your credit code
6. 6. Use your credit code for in-store service
